What do we do?
Operation Storefront provides gently used hotel and residential furniture to women who have recently transitioned out of homelessness and are establishing stable housing.

Women who have experienced homelessness within the past year. Must be referred by an active Case Manager or Social Worker

A Case Manager or Social Worker can begin the process by emailing📧 theestherprojectrochester@gmail.com
Once your request is received, The Esther Project will send a referral form to complete.
After review, we will contact you to arrange a furniture pickup date — requests are processed in the order they are received.
If you are able to provide your own transportation or moving assistance, this may help expedite your request.
