2026 Jr. Debutante Ball - Celebrating 10 years of Impact
Celebrating 10 Years of Impact — The Esther Project, Inc.
In 2026, The Esther Project proudly celebrates 10 years of serving women, girls, and families throughout Rochester and Monroe County.
What began as opening our hearts and home to women in crisis has grown into a grassroots 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to restoring dignity, stability, hope, and purpose for those overcoming homelessness and hardship.
Through programs including Esther Housing for Women, Operation Storefront, The Purse Project, and P31Girlz, we have helped hundreds of women and girls move from survival to stability through housing support, mentoring, life-skills coaching, furniture assistance, emergency resources, and faith-centered encouragement.
Over the past 10 years:
Hundreds of women and families have received housing and stabilization support.
Thousands of household and furniture items have been distributed through Operation Storefront.
Young girls have been mentored through P31Girlz leadership programs.
Women and teens in shelters have received hygiene essentials through The Purse Project.
Community partners, churches, businesses, volunteers, and supporters have helped extend our impact across Rochester.
The 2026 P31Girlz Jr. Deb Ball is more than a celebration—it is a testament to the power of community, compassion, and consistency.
As we mark this milestone, we invite you to partner with us as we continue empowering women and girls to become housed, employed, thriving, and purpose-driven.
Your support helps fund:
Housing stabilization services
Furniture and household assistance
Mentoring and youth development
Emergency support for women in crisis
